phjl11 will never request your password via email, phone, or live chat. Any such request should be reported immediately to our security team.

3.4 Verification and KYC

phjl11 operates in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, PhilHealth ID, or SSS ID);

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension Grounds

phjl11 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account immediately and without prior notice if: the user violates any provision of these Terms, the user is suspected of fraudulent activity pending investigation, the user fails to complete KYC verification when requested, the user engages in bonus abuse or prohibited gameplay patterns, or the user is subject to legal proceedings or investigations related to gambling activities.

8.2 Consequences of Termination

Upon account termination: all pending wagers will be voided, bonus funds and promotional rewards will be forfeited, withdrawable balance may be retained pending investigation if fraud is suspected, and you will be permanently prohibited from creating new accounts on phjl11. Deposits made through legitimate means will be returned after completion of any investigation, less any amounts owed to phjl11.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

phjl11 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, earthquakes, accidents, strikes, fuel or energy shortages, internet service provider failures, or malfunction of software or hardware not within phjl11's control.

10. Changes to Terms and General Provisions
